Dar Khola Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. is a company developing the Dar Khola Hydropower Project, a 6.5 MW Run-of-River (ROR) project located in the Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality of Myagdi District, Nepal. The project taps into Dar Khola, a tributary of the Myagdi River, which in turn flows into the Kali Gandaki River.

The hydropower project site is connected by motorable roads, approximately 42 km from Beni, which is 300 km west of Kathmandu. The project has a catchment area of 62.7 km² and utilizes a gross head of 548 meters with a design discharge of 1.44 m³/s. The source of water is a perennial rain-fed river originating from an elevation of 4066 meters. The intake and powerhouse sites are located at 1867 meters and the confluence of Dar Khola and Myagdi Khola, respectively.
